Added by H.B. 2731, 74th Leg., R.S., January 1, 1996 under TEX. NAT. RES. CODE ANN. sec. 93.004. GR account for license fees for each wellbore and tract, oil-field cleanup funds, payments from mineral interest owners in amount set by the commission, reimbursement of costs and administrative penalties for license violation, amounts set by the commission with application of release for mineral interest owners, and private contribution or grants.
