Purpose
Created in General Revenue to receive fees related to licensing and inspection of food manufacturers and wholesale distributors and warehouse operators. These fees are set to recover 50% of annual expenditures. The account also receives fees for regulating device distributors and manufacturers, wholesale distribution of prescription and nonprescription drugs and tanning facilities.
