Purpose
Created in General Revenue for the receipt of license plate fees. In addition to other fees, a fee of $30 shall be charged for specially designed volunteer advocate program license plates. Of each fee, $22 credited to this account and the remainder to the state highway fund. Money may be used only by the Attorney General to fund a contract entered into by the Attorney General under Section 264.602, Family Code.
