Created in TEX. TRANSP. CODE ANN. § 504.624 on August 30, 1999 by H.B. 2461, 76th Leg., R.S. to record receipts from special license plates in honor of the 100th football season of Stephen F. Austin High School in Austin. A fee of $50 to be collected in addition to other registration fees for issue of license plates. $35 of each fee deposited to this account, the remainder to the State Highway Fund (0006). Money in the account to be used only to distribute to the Austin Independent School District for the benefit of the Austin High School Athletic Department. Inactivated 12-03, no plates were issued or sold.
