Purpose
Account in the General Revenue Fund to receive an amount equal to the amount of money deducted from wages of a prisoner participating in a prison industries program. Used to recruit corporations to participate, pay costs of the board and department, and pay costs associated with storage of evidence. Upon certification that an amount has been deposited to the General Fund (0001) from participant wages, an equivalent amount shall be transferred from Fund 0001 to the account, until the account balance reaches $1 million. The account balance may not exceed $1 million.
