Purpose
Account in the General Revenue Fund to receive a transfer of all money, other than money necessary to satisfy financial obligations incurred by the Texas Healthy Kids Corporation, from the Texas Healthy Kids Fund.
May be appropriated only to the Health and Human Services Commission to provide coverage under the state child health plan established under Chapter 62, Health and Safety Code.
