Created in 2001 in TEX. GOV'T CODE ANN. § 482.004 by S.B. 813 and H.B. 3088, 77th Leg., R.S. to receive gifts, grants or donations for development of spaceport infrastructure and from any other source designated by the legislature. Repealed by S.B. 652, 78th Leg., R.S. A Spaceport Trust Fund was created outside the Treasury by S.B. 275, 78th Leg., R.S. and exempted in H.B. 3318 from funds consolidation.
