Purpose
Account in the General Revenue Fund for two additional surcharges collected with the first registration permit or renewal of a registration permit from a physician. An $80 surcharge used only to pay for the licensure and enforcement programs, including the expert physician panel. Another surcharge, set by the board, for administration of the National Practitioner Data Bank.
