Consists of a block grant from British Petroleum (BP) to the state of Texas to pay for costs related to or resulting from the oil spill. These funds may also be used by various state agencies as directed by the Governor's Office for costs related to or resulting from the oil spill. The agreement requires the Governor's office to provide BP a report of disbursements annually until the payment has been fully spent.
