Purpose


An account in General Revenue appropriated only to the department for grants to qualified easement holders for the purchase of agricultural conservation easements. Also used to pay transaction costs related to the purchase of agricultural conservation easements, and pay associated departmental administrative costs.

The fund consists of appropriations, gifts, donations, proceeds for the sale of certain real property, bond proceeds and funds from any other source.
