Purpose
An account in general revenue for the deposit of proceeds from the sale of historic property from state agencies’ qualifying archeological, architectural, archival, decorative, or fine arts collection. Amounts from the account may be appropriated only to state agencies depositing to the account and for preservation of state agencies’ qualifying collections.
