Purpose
An account in the general revenue fund to be used only to provide short-term loans to eligible political subdivisions for disaster recovery projects. The loan must for a term 10 years or less and be made at or below market interest rates.
The account consists of money appropriated, credited, or transferred by the legislature, gifts, grants and loan repayments.
