Created in 1998 by TEX. REV. CIV. STAT. ANN. arts. 601d, 601d-1 so that if, as a result of any event of damage, destruction, or condemnation the Commission desires to restore any portion of any project with the proceeds of any insurance claim or condemnation award, such amount shall be deposited to this fund.
No longer utilized, inactivated in 2002.
