Applicant for a sales agent license must submit application fee set by the director in an amount sufficient to cover costs incurred by the department and the Department of Public Safety for processing. A separate license is required for each location at which tickets are to be sold. The director shall set the fee for a license renewal in an amount at least sufficient to cover the cost of processing the renewal.
