Issued December 8, 1993 under TEX. TAX CODE ANN. §§ 4.17, 5.12, 5.24, 5.49, 5.68, 5.91, 14.42, 9.46, 20A.33, 21.07, 23.08; TEXAS LAB. CODE ANN. §§ 403.002, 404.003, 407.103 and TEX. TAX CODE ANN. §§ 112.058 et seq. for receipts from insurance company maintenance taxes/fees and workers' compensation surcharges made under protest. Effective September 1, 2002, use revenue code 3202 and 3203 for deposit of regular and protested insurance company maintenance taxes/fees and workers' compensation surcharges.
