Description


An individual wishing to use the great seal of Texas for private purposes may apply for a license from the Secretary of State. An application for such a license must be accompanied by a $35 fee. The fee for an original or renewal license is $250. Licensees must also pay a percentage of annual gross receipts (see revenue code 3748).



Due Date


Upon application or issuance. Renewals due one year from date of issuance.
