Description


Receipts from State Agencies for telephone services rendered by the Statewide Telecommunications System, where the agency payment is made from funds outside the Treasury. The department shall set and charge a fee to each entity that receives services provided under this chapter in an amount sufficient to cover the direct and indirect costs of providing the service. Revenue collected may be appropriated to the department for developing statewide information resources technology policies and planning and providing shared information resources technology services and network security services.
