Revenue Object 3175 – Professional Fees – Psychologists

Fees established by Board rule in amounts reasonable and necessary to cover administrative costs. Board may adjust fees, but may not set a fee for an amount less than the amount of that fee on 9-1-93.

Late renewal before 90 days is renewal fee plus 1/2 exam fee. 90 days - 1 year is renewal fees plus exam fee. Administrative penalty NTE $1,000 per violation (collected under Revenue Object 3770). Civil penalty is $1,000 for each day of violation (collected under Revenue Object 3717).

Initial license or registration fee increased by $5 and renewal by $1, effective September 1, 2003.

At time of application. Certificate and licenses renewed no less than once every two years. Board may establish a staggered renewal system.

Originally deposited to the Psychologist's Licensing Fund Account (0024), abolished August 31, 1995 per § 403.094, Government Code)
