Description
Fees charged each non-profit selling prepaid legal services for:
- Annual operating statement, $400.
- Application for certificate of authority, $3,000.
- Each additional certificate of authority and amendment, $100.
The Commissioner may collect fees from a successfully rehabilitated delinquent insurer in amounts to cover the cost of rehabilitation.
