Description
The department may charge each agent, attorney or officer of title insurance for original/renewal licenses the following fees, not-to-exceed:
- Title Company Agent $50.
- Escrow Officer $50.
- Title Attorney $50.
- Duplicate License Fee $20.
- Direct Operation License $50.
- Late Fee ½ of original license fee
The department may charge a separate appointment fee for escrow officers employed by more than one agent.
Due Date
Department may adopt staggered renewal system. Title agencies, direct operations and escrow officers renew every 2 years from date of issuance.
