Description
Fees charged for water well or injection well driller and apprentice registration. Set by the department for administration of thr program. If a license has been expired for 90 days or less it can be renewed for 1 ½ times the regular renewal fee. Over 90 days is twice the regular renewal fee.
Civil penalty for violation of act provisions between $200 and $1,000 for each day and each act of non-compliance (collected under Revenue Object 3717). Administrative penalty up to $5,000 per violation (collected under Revenue Object 3770).
Due Date
Annually on date determined by department, may set staggered renewal system.
