Created 1931 by the 42nd Leg. under Agriculture Code 13.207. Each person operating a milk or cream testing apparatus must obtain a license, the fee for which is $10. Each contract milk hauler must pay a license fee of $1. Repealed by S.B. 372, 74th Leg., R.S. Licenses for milk products under Revenue Object 3400 – Business Fees – Agriculture – Milk Products, Agriculture Code Ch. 435.
