Description
A person placed on deferred adjudication community supervision under Sec.5, art.42.12, Code of Criminal Procedure that subsequently receives a discharge and dismissal under Sec.5(c) and satisfies requirements of Government Code 411.074, may petition the court for an order of nondisclosure. Accompanied by a $28 fee.
