Description
A $2 court cost collected from a person convicted in municipal or justice court of an offense, other than an offense relating to a pedestrian or the parking of a motor vehicle. County or municipality may retain 50 percent for operating or establishing a juvenile case manager program. Appropriated only to the Governor's Office, Criminal Justice Division for distribution to local governmental entities for truancy prevention and intervention services.
Due Date
Remitted by the county or municipality quarterly to the comptroller.
