Description


A non-profit association shall pay the following fees for filing:

  • Filing a statement appointing an agent to receive service of process - $25.
  • Filing an amendment of or cancellation of a statement appointing an agent - $5.
  • Filing a certificate of merger or conversion - $50.
  • Filing any other instrument as provided by the Business Organizations Code - $5.
