Description
Road Utility District Fees. A non-refundable fee determined by the commission (up to$5,000) for filing a petition for creation of a road utility district. Used to defray costs of hearing and processing the petition.
Non-Payment of Toll Fee. The department may add $6 administrative fee to the amount a person owes for non-payment of tolls. The department may not charge more than $48 in fees per individual per 12-month period.
