Description

The clerk of a district court, county court, statutory county court, statutory probate court, or justice court shall collect a $5 fee on the filing of any civil action or proceeding requiring a filing fee. Fee is to be remitted to the comptroller for deposit to GR Account 0540.

Used for grants by the Court of Criminal Appeals to entities providing court security training.

Due Date

Remitted to the comptroller quarterly.
