Surcharges on gulf, bay, and bait shrimp boat licenses previously deposited to GR Account 5023 - Shrimp License Buy Back. H.B. 1724, 85th Leg., R.S. abolished GR Account 5023 and transferred balances and revenue to the Commercial License Buyback subaccount in GR Account 0009 – Game, Fish, and Water Safety.
