Description

The Department of Banking shall impose a fee for each examination of a cemetery broker's records. The amount of the fee must be sufficient to cover costs of the examination (711.084). The commission may charge fees for the administration of the program (711.082).

Due Date

 As determined by the Finance Commission.

  • Local account with the Texas Safekeeping Trust Company.
