Description
A person authorized to operate an aggregate production operation shall pay an annual registration fee established by rule. The amount shall be sufficient to maintain a registry of active production operations, up to $1,500.
The commission may assess a penalty of $5,000 to $20,000 for each year not registered, up to $40,000 for 3 or more years (collected under object 3770 Administrative Penalties).
