Description
The department is authorized to establish a registry or system of registries for providers of health-related services not otherwise licensed, registered or certified by a state agency, board or commission. The executive commissioner may adopt registration fees to cover costs of establishing and maintaining a registry and may adopt rules as necessary for administration.
