Description

To record fees for regulating hearing instrument fitters and dispensers. The commission shall set fees in amounts to cover costs of administration for applications, licenses, permits, renewals, examinations and other programs or activities for which a fee is authorized.

Fees to renew expired licenses are between 1-1/2 to 2 times the normally required renewal fee.

Due Date

As determined by the department, not to exceed 2 years.
