Description

To record certification and renewal fees for:

  • alcohol awareness programs, drug education programs, and drug and alcohol driving awareness programs for minors convicted of alcohol related offenses.
  • drug education programs provided to delinquent youth.

Additionally, the department shall develop standards for a separate school certification and approve educational curricula for drug and alcohol driving awareness programs. The dep[artment may establish fees in connection with these programs.
