CODE ANN. art. 20A.32 (b)(1), effective September 1989 by H.B. 2179, 71st Leg., R.S. to deposit fees from health maintenance organizations subject to this chapter for review of original application for certificate of authority NTE $3,000 and expenses of examination under § 17(b) of this Act incurred by the Board of Health. Expenses assessed by the Board and paid in accordance with rules adopted by the Board. Collections transferred to Department of Insurance on September 1, 1997 by S.B. 385, 75th Leg., R.S.
