Description
To record non-refundable license application and renewal fees for operating a freestanding emergency medical care facility. Fees set by the executive commissioner in amounts required to defray costs of administration.
Facilities in violation of Ch. 254 are subject to administrative penalties not to exceed $1,000 per violation. Those in violation of 241.224, related to prohibited pricing during a declared disaster, are subject to an administrative penalty of $10,000 to $50,000 plus possible license suspension and/or revocation. (Administrative penalties collected under 3770).
