Description
To record licensing fees for instuctors of court-ordered programs for:
- alcohol awareness programs, drug education programs, and drug and alcohol driving awareness programs for minors convicted of alcohol related offenses.
- drug education programs provided to delinquent youth.
Additionally, the department shall develop standards for a separate school certification and approve educational curricula for drug and alcohol driving awareness programs. The department may establish fees in connection with these programs.
Fees are set to cover costs of administration, license issue and renewal, instructor training, exams, and materials. Administrative penalties for Ch. 171 violations (171.0353) are collected under revenue object 3770.
