Description

The Commission shall collect reasonable fees to cover the cost of performing the following services:

Review and comment on construction documents for new facilities or expansion projects.
Performance of occupancy inspections.
Performance of annual inspections.
Cost of performing reinspection of a municipal or county jail.
Process forms, data or documents.
