Description

Fees charged a health care collaborative for the certificate of authority application and renewal and annual assessments. Commissioner shall set fees and assessments in amounts sufficient to pay the reasonable expenses of the department and the attorney general in administering the chapter. Fees and assessments imposed shall be allocated among health care collaboratives on a pro-rata basis to the extent that the allocation is feasible.
