Description
A fee based on the acres and time for fields where hostable cotton stalks, hostable volunteer cotton, or other hostable non-commercial cotton remains past the stalk destruction deadline. Funds may only be appropriated for the purpose of treating hostable cotton or for other expenses related to boll weevil eradication.
