Created in 1921 by the 37th Leg. in TEX. AGRIC. CODE ANN. § 52.151(c). Each marketing association to pay the Department of Agriculture, Agency 551, an annual license fee, as provided by department rule, to exempt the marketing association from all franchise tax and licenses. Amended by S.B. 372, 74th Leg., R.S. Language deleted by S.B. 1016, 81st Leg., R.S.
