Description
To record initial and biennial license fee for distributors of wholesale prescription and non-prescription drugs. Fees in amounts to recover biennial expenditures of state funds for administration, inspection and enforcement. May assess civil penalties not to exceed $25,000 a day (collected under Revenue Object 3717) and administrative penalties not to exceed $25,000 a day (collected under Revenue Object 3770).
