May provide open market purchasing services on fee-for-service basis for state agency purchases delegated to agency under §§ 2155.131, 2155.132, 2155.133, 2157.121 or as excepted in amount to recover cost of service.
May charge a fee for registration and renewal to be placed on a master bidders' list in amount to recover costs plus a $20 fee from each registrant used to enforce compliance and fraud prevention in the HUB program.
The Comptroller may recover costs from a state agency or vendor for the implementation of a purchasing system under Government Code sec. 2155.061. (2101.034)

Prior to 5/28/2021, the Comptroller had authority to charge travel service contract fees under Government Code, sec. 2171.055 for the following local entities.
