The commission may charge a reasonable fee to cover the costs of reviewing a qualifying infrastructure project (buildings, public works, and other construction projects). The commission shall develop and adopt a qualifying project proposal fee schedule sufficient to cover its costs, and use the professional expertise information required under Section 2165.352(c) to determine the fee. The amount must be reasonable in comparison to the level of professional expertise required and may include staff, processing, and other direct costs. Fee revenue may be used to hire or contract with persons who have the professional expertise necessary to effectively evaluate a qualifying project proposal (2165.353).
The commission my transfer donated surplus vehicle and other law enforcement equipment to local law enforcement entities. The commission may charge a price or other consideration for the transfer (2175.308).
