The board may charge a license holder a fee to cover administrative costs for recording an informal hearing of a license holder's review (Occupations Code 565.056). May also charge a fee to a license holder participating in a remedial plan to recover the costs of administering the plan (565.060).
The board may also charge fees to cover the cost of printing, processing and mailing prescription forms (481.075, 481.0755).
