Description


In furnishing a person rehabilitation services, including medical care, the department is subrogated to the person's right of recovery from:  (1) insurance, (2) another person for personal injury caused by the other person's negligence or wrongdoing, (3) any other source. The right of subrogation is limited to the cost of services provided.
