Description

Specialty license plates with the letters "DV" as a prefix or suffix to any numeral on the plate and the words "Disabled Veteran" and "U.S. Armed Forces" at the bottom of the plate for veterans with disabilities for an additional $3 fee. Replacement fee is $1 until 1-1-2012 after that date there is no fee for replacement.
