Specialty license plates that include the words "STAR Day School Library Readers Are Leaders" for an additional $30 fee. $8 department administrative cost to State Highway Fund (0006) and remainder to General Revenue Fund (Fund 0001) for use only by the Texas Education Agency in making grants to benefit the State of Texas Anniversary Remembrance (STAR) Day Foundation for providing supplementary reading and service programs in partnership with public schools in this state for seventh and eighth grade public school students. Repealed by HB. 2357 82nd Leg., R.S. effective 1/1/12.
