Description
Commission may issue licenses to operate or work at a vehicle storage facility and determine types of information to be supplied on license application. Department shall set fee amounts reasonable and necessary to cover costs of administering programs and activities for: licenses, registration, certificates, titles, risk based inspections and permits. Vehicle storage facility includes a garage, parking lot or any type of facility for storing or parking 10 or more vehicles a year. Governmental facilities exempt. License required on each facility.
Commission may issue a dual license to a person who is a vehicle storage facility employee and towing operator as well as a training license to an applicant. Both require a fee set by the Commission.
