Fees for each architect before practicing:
- Exam application and initial registration fee - as set by board. (1051.704, 1051.705)
- Fees for an applicant who holds a license or certificate of registration issued by another jurisdiction - as set by board. (1051.305)
- Renewal fees for residents of this state - as set by board plus an additional amount for the examination fee scholarship program. (1051.351, 1051.651)
- Renewal fees for non-residents - as set by board. (1051.351, 1051.651)
- Renewal fee for certificate of registration that has been expired for 90 days or less - 1-1/2 times required renewal fee. (1051.353)
- Renewal fee for certificate of registration that has been expired for over 90 days but less than 2 years - 2 times required renewal fee. (1051.353)
- Renewal fee for a person who was registered in this state, moved to another state, and is currently licensed or registered and has been in practice in the other state for the two years preceding the date of the application - 2 times required renewal fee. (1051.353)
- Inactive status renewal and administrative fee - as set by the board plus an additional amount for the examination fee scholarship program. (1051.355)
- Architect Emeritus administrative and renewal fee - as set by the board. (1051.357)
The board may assess an administrative penalty up to $5,000 for each violation (1051.452).
