Description
Fees charged each premium finance company for each specified location:
- Investigation fee up to $400 to accompany application for a license, which is nonrefundable upon denial of license.
- License fee up to $200 (up to $100 if license issued after June 30) for each calendar year.
Due Date
License renewable Dec. 31 each calendar year. Department may adopt staggered renewal system.
